If you knew that coffee was actually good for you, would you believe it? In the past, studies have continued to show that tea is the hot beverage with the most bang for your health. However, a new study published in the journal Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers & Prevention, has shown that this caffeinated favorite can decrease your likelihood of getting throat and neck cancer by 39 percent. Antioxidants found in coffee beans are believed to also help with brain function and memory. Don’t run to your nearest Starbucks just yet. Because coffee does contain caffeine, too much of it can actually defeat its healthy reputation. An average of two-four cups a day should do it!
