Dr. Michelle Howze Moore is a board-certified Pelvic Health Physical Therapist located in The Woodlands, TX. With over 15 years of clinical experience, Dr. Moore specializes in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction, prenatal and postpartum pain management, and breast cancer rehabilitation. Her expertise and compassionate care have positively impacted the lives of thousands of patients, providing them with personalized rehabilitation solutions that promote long-term health and well-being.
Dr. Moore earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Indianapolis in 2011 after completing her undergraduate studies in Health and Human Performance at the University of Memphis. She holds board certification as a Women’s Health Specialist (WCS) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) and is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) through the Norton School of Lymphatic Studies. These credentials underscore her deep knowledge and commitment to advancing care in the field of pelvic health.
Dr. Moore has held membership with the American Physical Therapy Association, the Texas Physical Therapy Association, and the International Pelvic Pain Society. She continually engages in professional development to ensure that she stays at the forefront of the latest advances in pelvic health therapy.
She is a woman of faith and devotes her free time to helping others and spending time with her family, which includes her husband and twin daughters.


Dr. Jadan Matthews Barnett is a dedicated Pelvic Health Physical Therapist at Distinctive Physical Therapy, committed to helping patients restore function and improve quality of life. She has experience treating a wide range of conditions, including pelvic floor dysfunction, orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, and post-surgical recovery.
Dr. Matthews- Barnett earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Baylor University after completing her undergraduate studies in Kinesiology at Prairie View A&M University. Dr. Matthews-Barnett utilizes a comprehensive, patient-centered approach that combines manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and education to support lasting results. Known for her compassionate care and strong clinical foundation, she strives to empower each patient throughout their healing journey.
Dr. Matthews-Barnett is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, where she actively serves and gives back to her community. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys farming, baking, playing volley ball and spending time engaged in service-oriented initiatives.

Jessica Garcia serves as the Front Office Administrator at Distinctive Physical Therapy, where she curates a seamless and welcoming patient experience. Known for her professionalism and attention to detail, Jessica ensures that every interaction—from scheduling to check-in—is handled with ease and care. Her warm demeanor and commitment to excellence reflect the elevated, patient-centered environment that defines our practice.
